The food at this restaurant is quite good, but unfortunately, the customer service from the cashiers leaves much to be desired. They often appear disinterested and fail to interact with customers in a friendly way. I keep coming here solely because of the food; otherwise, the cashiers' attitudes would deter me from returning. Upon arrival, I'm rarely greeted or smiled at—just met with an unfriendly demeanor that suggests they don’t enjoy their jobs. It’s evident they could use some training in customer service. Taco Riendo is absolutely amazing! I ordered through DoorDash, but I really want to experience the atmosphere of the authentic food truck in person. The guacamole with homemade chips is genuine and consistently delicious! The Platillo de Barbacoa Con Consome was fantastic and provided enough for two meals. The whole fried green onions (three of them) were incredibly tasty as well! Definitely give it a try. It’s truly Mexican, not Tex-Mex!
Best Mexican place I've ever been to. The food is fabulous, the people are great. They go the 10th mile to make sure you have a good experience. They speak fluent Spanish as well as English. All are welcome. You will not be disappointed. Parking is at a premium, so if you can't find a spot, park across the street for take out. It's well worth it. If you are keto, get the ensalada.
We arrived on time at 6:20, eager to enjoy a hearty meal since we were quite hungry, only to be immediately informed that we had to leave because the restaurant was closed. I had a delightful lunch at the market and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I just wish I could find chili this good closer to my home in Pennsylvania. There was one food truck serving main courses and another dedicated to desserts. The service was exceptional!
The best tacos I've discovered in Roanoke! They are packed with flavor, the portions are generous, and the prices are excellent considering the quality and quantity. If you're craving Mexican food, this is the place to go!
This taco truck provides both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is genuine, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend trying the tacos topped with cilantro and onions. I also really loved their salsa!
