This place is a Bethesda staple! I just graduated B-CC high school nearby, and I’ll never forget walking over here after football games to chat with friends over some delicious chicken tenders, pancakes, milkshakes, etc. Even stopping by for a quick breakfast before exams always hit the spot. The staff are so lovely and always make you feel at home when you’re there, and the diner itself is so cozy and fun :
Classic diner and style of food not often found. Staff is polite and plenty of regulars talking to each other. The food is made to order and comes out quickly. The menu is filled with plenty of choices. Serving portion is large and doubt you’ll leave hungry. Tried. Corned beef has and a breakfast sandwich. Both were good. Plenty of street parking if you don’t get one of the few spots out front.
While I was in Bethesda for the inauguration, I stumbled upon this restaurant early in the morning. The biscuits and gravy and the omelets we ordered were phenomenal. Our server was also excellent, taking the time to chat with us and point out the specials board. The atmosphere was very pleasant with friendly staff. I will definitely be back to eat here again next year.

The best greasy spoon in Bethesda! Don't expect gourmet fare here, but do expect super scrambled eggs, with ketchup if you like, yummy bacon not dried out like some places, and home fries with onions that will stay with you all day long. That's my usual breakfast order, about once a month. Try it, you'll like it
After relocating from Louisiana to the north last summer, we were thrilled to discover this charming restaurant. The breakfast and dinner options here bring back memories of the delicious comfort food we enjoyed in the south. The service was friendly and we highly recommend this place.
Wednesday special: chicken fried steak and fries. Two words: Lights Out. Outstanding service and hospitality, clean and well kept, food served rapidly, and Greg works the grille like Mozart did the ivories.
This diner has a family feel. A lot of regulars come here to eat. The employees seem to know people by name but are welcoming to new customers. The food I've had is very good. I've only been for breakfast.
