Ordered the plate with chipotle BBQ chicken, spinach for the greens, and sprouted rice for the side as well as a half order of hot coffee. For starters, the coffee comes in a French press which is nice. But what the pot made was a clear brown liquid thathad no taste, just hot water. Next, the rice I ordered was Luke warm and had rock hard pieces, cracked my teeth on a couplebites. The spinach salad was good, no complaints there. But, then we got to the chicken. The chicken was three tiny slivers ofdry, cold, unseasoned meat. I spent $18 on everything. Very disappointed as this was my first time trying tender greens. The food here is amazing, and service is excellent! Pricing for the quality of food and service are on point. The only complaint is that I feel like I 'm paying regular sit down restaurant (i.e., service with a wiater at your table) prices forcounter service. One suggestion to the management, update your signage please. When you walk in to the restaurant you have alarge (very descriptive) menu to the left on the wall. To the right of this is a monitor, which looks like a register forplacing your order. Placed an order today for pickup at 12:30 and did not receive it until 1:25. When I finally got the order, it was made incorrectly. I ordered a Togarashi salmon bowl with a kale salad instead of cucumber salad. In an effort to correct theirmistake, they remade it. However, the woman prepping orders on the line saw there was almost no rice left in the container.Instead of grabbing fresh rice, I saw her right in front of me pick up the container and literally start scraping the inside ofthe container for rice then put it inside of my bowl. Today I decided to give this location another chance! Unfortunately the fried chicken and steak were not cooked with love! I asked for my steak to be cooked rare! When I got home it was well done! I can?t eat a steak well done there is no flavor. Myfriend got the fried chicken and bit into it and it was all crust. The mashed potatoes weren?t even good. I?m sorry! I gave thislocation too many chances.
