The service at this restaurant was terrible, with rude staff members, particularly a blonde-haired woman. After waiting for an hour for our starters, I had to inquire about the delay as we were all very hungry, including a 2-year-old with us. It turned out that our order had been lost, and they offered a free drink to compensate, even though only two of us had alcoholic drinks. Another half-hour passed before we finally received our food, while the rest of the restaurant was already on dessert. We had only 30 minutes to eat a two-course meal before we had to leave. My Thai salad was dry, and when I asked for more sauce, the rude waitress brought me mustard mayo instead of the correct sauce....

I have visited this restaurant several times, but my experience on Monday 18th was different. We had booked a table for 8 people at 7 o'clock, with 3 of us running late due to M6 traffic. Despite informing the staff and asking if they could hold off on cooking our meals, they were all prepared at the same time. The food seemed to have been microwaved or left under hot-lights for a while, as it was piping hot with skin forming on the gravy. Although we tried not to let it ruin our night, the staff made us feel rushed, even though the restaurant was empty apart from our large table. We celebrated my sons 30th. We were expecting the restaurant to be separate to the bar! Disappointing, that this is not the case! It didn't help that we were sat on the table right in front if the bar! So we constantly had people queuing for the bar by us. It was a warm evening and everyone kept cutting past us to come in via the patio doors too. Menu Food was nice but just average. Not much better than pub grub! Staff were pleasant, service was fairly good, but we did have to keep asking for assistance. However, nothing was too much trouble. Ok for a casual meal.out. Booked a table for our wedding anniversary after looking at their website. Found the menu on the night very limited in its choice of meals, not as good as some of the pubs I have been in My wife and I had the rump steak cooked medium rare, which was cooked well but was of poor quality to a point that my wife could only eat half of her steak. We complained to the management and they agreed that it was not up to their standard and offered my wife a replacement steak or a partial reduction on the bill and a frèe desert. Excellent choice of food, something for everyone. Beautiful view. Lovely atmosphere inside. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No one checked on either starter or main but we knew they were around, but there were no issues anyway. The food was hot and delightful. Thank you for a great evening. We will be back and try to get in between 5-7 this time for the 15% off!

I went to this restaurant for my son's 30th birthday lunch on a Sunday and was welcomed by the lovely Holly. The food was fantastic for all courses, and the waitstaff were polite, friendly, and attentive. I will definitely be coming back again. I have also been for afternoon tea and dinner on a Saturday night, and you can't go wrong with this place.

Spent the afternoon at the lewisham for my daughters baby shower. Food was amazing and service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely time , will definitely be back soon .

Delightful Sunday lunch had the lamb and my had the beef cooked to perfection nice mixture of potatoes and veg service very prompt highly recommend Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The food was great, very attentive staff and good atmosphere. Went with work, restaurant is tucked out of the way but we would recommend.
