The pizza at 2 Amy’s is quite good. I would say they have a lot of competition . The bad is the seating. I had to wait over 1hour and 15 min with 2 tweens . Not a great experience and to top it off the waiter was rude and did not want to hear my complaints. Terrible service. Not worth the hassle there are too many authentic Neapolitan pizza places. If they can improve the wait and train the staff better they would be all set. On top of it they have an indoor mask policy or vaccination. Hello DC does not require this. Also to charge a mandatory service charge when the service sucks. Not good.
Great and authentic Italian pizza spot. Honestly it is hard to find an authentic pizza restaurant in the US and this is the closest I have ever been able to try. Dough is slightly on the chewy side but still cooked beautifully and not sure but it tastes like a wood oven pizza so that was GREAT. It is on the pricier side but not much you can ask for in DC. They also have the tip already added to the check so you don’t have to “add” tip. Overall highly recommended for Italian style pizza lovers. Service was also great everyone was nice and very friendly.
I tried the classic Neapolitan pizza at this restaurant. I ordered a simple margherita pizza and a glass of sangiovese to go with it. You can't go wrong with this combination. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, so we were seated right away. The pizza was high quality and reasonably priced for a Neapolitan style pizza in the DC area. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. I'm excited to go back and try some of their appetizers and homemade gelato for dessert.
I'm a European who visited italia six years ago 50 more times before I moved to the usa. this is the hands below the best Italian food outside italian that I have ever had. I love everything about this place. the authentic food, the excellent tasty in the store baked brot, the house made limoncello included to the service. this is my new favorite restaurant. trust me, you have to try. 2 amy’s must be the best place to get wood-burning pizza around dmw area. year for year they have maintained the quality and taste and consistency. their pizzas are to die, crust is amazing and I recommend that the meatballs it is small and they can share with one or two people. order yourself design peroni beer and enjoy the best pizza in the city!
Family friendly, great food. We had some friends in. Town that we wanted to have a meal with and 2Amys had been on my “to try” list. So impressed. We will be back. The food was wonderful from cocktails to appetizers to pizza to dessert. Kid friendly to the point of high chair and sippy cup set at one of the places.
2 Amys Norcia is by far my favorite pizza place. I have tried many pizzas in various cities, including New York and New Haven, which were amazing, but 2 Amys Norcia is at the top in my opinion.

wonderful eating and rustic atmosphere! we had the cod chains, lambskewers, deviled eggs and pizza, so good, we will return soon.
