This is an establishment that has great reviews but I would like to add my experience. Last night my husband and I celebrated my birthday dinner. We live in an area that offers several good dining choices but we always gravitate to Uncle Vinnies Clam bar. It’s simply checks all the boxes. We went senior citizen early and were seated at the romantic window table. I won’t bore you with what we ate, but I will say this; the sea food was fresh and top quality! We spend time at the shore but INLAND Vinnies beats them all! I knows it’s sometimes a wait but it’s worth it! And the staff is so friendly and happy to see you! Those who know……go!
We started with the clams oreganatto, mozzarella, and tomato salad and crab cocktail...delicious! Main courses were just as delicious...shrimp fa Diavlo, shrimp scampi, chicken parmajan and pasta with olive oil and anchovies..service was fantastic and our waiter was awesome! Small resturant with a bar...seating limited so plan on waiting but so worth the wait!
I had the Mahi Mahi, which was very good, cooked nicely with perfectly roasted asparagus. My girlfriend had the Red Snapper Puttanesca, the sauce was watery, I could even see water pooling in the plate. The fish was cooked properly but lacked seasoning. Service was excellent.
Started with the FRESHEST Jersey oysters. Like they just came out of the water. But I came for the Soft-Shell Crab. 2 huge, tender lightly fried crabs, over an spring salad of arugula, tomatoes, and red onion. BEST SOFT SHELL CRABS HAVE EVER HAD. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
What's there to say? People that have been to this place know they just know is amazing. The food is amazing. The vibe is amazing been going in for years . The downside it's ALWAYS packed so if you get a seat right away you are LUCKY enjoy .
This local Italian seafood restaurant is a treasure. You can expect quality fresh seafood prepared perfectly. We highly recommend this restaurant, it is worth a visit.
Had the best meal here. I literally ate everything. The specials are to die for. I will definitely be back. Get there early cause it gets packed quickly.
