We stopped by Valern for a couple of drinks, as it usually has a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by one staff member. He was rude when we ordered our first drinks—no greeting or thank you. He seemed too distracted by his laptop to engage with customers. At one point, he proudly mentioned doing an online course during work hours, and when another customer suggested he should do it at home, he responded, "Why do it at home when I can get paid to do it here?"
