I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of your staff members on Friday evening. My brother and I were at the restaurant playing the pokies and Keno when I asked him to get me a coke. The staff member rudely informed him that it was his third drink and he would have to pay for his next one. This was said very loudly, causing my brother, who has a speech problem and struggles to communicate, a great deal of embarrassment. When I clarified that the drink was for me, not him, the staff member did not offer any apologies. Great place to drop in for a quick gamble drink , friendly staff , bit bogan and a lot of colour white ppl there , hanging around the machine your playing , talk their lingo at the top of their voices, trying to bum smoked and drinks
