The staff were friendly but not attentive enough I enjoy the concept of sharing meals, but these entrees did not work and the cutlery was inadequate. Our plates were not changed after the mozzarella, we needed bowels and spoons to cope with the soupy 3rd entree. My chicken was perfect but the couscous needed more sauce and I don't know what the grey vegetable was. It would have been sensible for the staff to cut the rock hard desert in half to save us having to ask for a knife. The wine list was bizzare, all o/s wines, but an Australian was produced when requested.
The food at Vesper Bistro was incredibly flavorful, and the service was top-notch. The menu was impressive, and the ambiance was absolutely stunning. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to go back! Our girls' night was perfect, with everyone praising what a wonderful restaurant Vesper Bistro is.
You have to try this fresh, Mediterranean restaurant! I have no other words than... amazing, awesome, not-found-elsewhere, incredibly delicious, etc. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne, and a place that I would showcase to my interstate visitors. The service is wonderful. I cannot fault this place at all.
Innovative food without being over the top with excellent presentation One needed earplugs at times and a couple of fabric or rugs on the walls would have helped deaden the, overpowering at times, noise

We had oysters and kingfish crudo. Bth were fresh and delicious. We both had the duck. It was perfectly cooked. Fat was rendered and left a crispy skin. Our wait staff were lovely. We will return.
A great place for a celebration. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was wonderful. Good selection of wines. Special night and a special place!
I highly recommend Vesper if you want a wonderful dining out experience. Looking forward to the cocktails and 007 experience!
