I had the most frustrating experience at this restaurant. Their service is the worst I've ever encountered, and they consistently mess up my orders. I recently picked up a family meal that was supposed to include an extra 10 dumplings, but there were none in the bag. When I mentioned it, they accused me of being wrong. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but, of course, there was no answer – this happens every time. I kept giving them chances, but they never seem to get it right. First, they couldn't fulfill my entire order, then they were out of cabbage for the veggies, and now they forgot my chili sauce despite asking for my preferences. I've had enough. The food is excellent, just like the atmosphere. However, the service needs improvement. We arrived at Waba Grill around 7:00 PM on Sunday, and suddenly the managers locked all the doors at 7:25 PM. We started to worry about what we would do in case of an emergency. Additionally, more than six customers left because the doors were locked, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM and it was barely 7:40 PM. Other patrons were looking at us, seemingly asking if we could open the door. I helped one person get in, but overall, while everything else here is great, the management is really lacking.
The worst service ever. And they always mess up the order. I just picked up a family meal with an additional 10 dumplings.. get home and there's no additional 10 dumplings. But they charged me. I tried calling and of course... no answer. They always dothis. I still give the business a chance but they never get it right. First they can't do my full order... then they have nocabbage for the veggies and now the dumpling... and to top it off no chili sauce when they ask me what I wanted. I'm so donewith them. You guys are the worst. Don't waste your money!!!
I like WaBa Grill never really had a complaint. I ordered a Chicken veggie bowl sans the rice. I felt I was over charged paying $9 when the menu in the drive-thru $6.89. When I got home there was very little Chicken and broccoli. But the bottom was Full of Cabbage! This was my worst experience here. I don't eat CABBAGE and I was still hungry. ? This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is going on charging me for avocado when I don?t get any ? Train the cooks to read the receipt right I usually don?t complain but come on waba you are better than this !
Great food, clean place, but best of all the service. My cashier was Grabriela, she was super NICE, great attitude and welcoming smile. She answer all my questions with great confidence. She was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back. I highly recommended this restaurant.
literally incompetent employees. Make sure to always check the bag they give you before you leave the drive thru and the execution. They never fail to get my orders wrong, no matter how many chances I give this location.

I ordered through DoorDash and my food was undercooked. The chicken was raw, my family and I got food poisoning. Will never order from this location again.
