This was one of the worst experiences I've had at this Wendy's. It took 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter to take orders. After that, the employee spent over 12 minutes taking the order of two boys who only ordered four items. She had to ask someone twice where to find them on the register. Once they finished, it took her another 5 minutes to take our order. My order was simple: I had a coupon for a Buy One Get One Free Baconator, the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken (which she had to ask someone about before they finally came over to help), and two fries. I wanted a Frosty, but the only option available was peppermint. After placing our order, we waited another 10 minutes to receiv...
Ate dinner, restaurant looked empty so we stopped at drive through. Ask if dining in was open, girl replied for now . We entered, room was full of flies, tables dirty. Cleaned table myself so we could eat. Lady waiting on us talked on her cellwhole time we ordered. She later locked the doors, people tried to enter, they were ignored. Customers turned away. Businessvery poorly run. Won 't be going again.
I visited the drive-thru tonight, and the woman who took my order was efficient and knowledgeable. She quickly processed my order and answered all my questions about the menu items.
What we ate was good but my taco salad had no chips and they left the salad dressing off my wife?s salad also. Workers barely speak to you. Need more training at this site. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Our previous experience at this location went really well. They completed our mobile order with perfection even though it was slightly complicated.
Great service, long lines due to COVID, but not a long wait go thru the drive thru. The food was scary and they got my order right.
I like Wendy's But the Mayfield left a lot to wish left Old Cold Fries Chicken Sandwich was not so great
