I placed my order at 5:12 PM, and it took a moment to complete. When I reached the window, I was greeted by at least three men with unkempt facial hair that was not restrained at all. They looked like a group of people pulled straight off the street to work. The man at the grill had a large, bushy beard that was prominently on display. I can't help but wonder what happened to the idea of professional attire; it makes you think twice about checking your food before eating. I will definitely reconsider going there again.
It’s awful at night they take forever to get your food to them. They are firing young people for missing days for funerals and pre approved late days, but are keeping people who went to jail and are gone for weeks on staff. Manager needs to brush her hair and lay off the pills (that’s what it looks like her affliction is) and get a more respectful staff at night time that knows how to prepare food, wear hair nets, and stay off their cell phones while they are supposed to be workings
3rd time in a row we have ordered from here and the order was either wrong, not cooked all the way or covered in Grease. Why can no one in this town freaking follow simple directions. These people wanna make above minimum wage and can never get anything right.?? I'm so Done with this place.
Worst customer service EVER!!! Food is HORRIBLE every, single.time!!!! Last night they made one of my sandwiches wrong. I got out and went inside. They remade my sandwich incorrectly AGAIN. I would give the Mayfield Wendy's a negative star if I could!!!!

Our food arrived cold, and when I went inside to have it reheated, the staff was unhelpful and rude. They even advised us not to order the new burrito. There’s really no excuse for speaking to customers that way.
Ordered the family chili for $15. It's a good price. The chili beans were a bit hard. Still I was satisfied with order.

I ordered a taco salad and a large chili. I had to ask for the chili that came with the taco salad.
