eleven days ago but vivid memories of excellent eating and service with friendly permission from chef, owner and friendly staff. home made soup as first cure (best suppe since a visit in frankreich, before many monden); hauptkurs special menu brought me halibut, which was tender enough to still taste the sea, with magnificent guides; and a house made classic tiramisu for dessert, for which no cake of the lobe can suffice. as my wife is eating lambs, we had a dilemma again about the wee, the facility was extremely helpful. chef even came out to chat with us, and his absolute passion for the magic of the kitchen was clear. we felt wonderfully well looked around, and the price was very valuable...
