First of all, I want to say that I used to really like this spot as the food was pretty good and was fairly priced. I came here after several months and I believe the following issues can be attributed to a change in ownership/management. First of all prices are up, which I can understand due to the rising costs of meat, groceries, etc. however, the quality of the food was very poor. The fries seemed to be cooked in very old oil and very hard, completely depleting the taste. The same with the sandwich. I been a loyal customer since the place first opened, the Service used to be great never had any complaints til recently the owner hired new people. The lady that is taking the order acts like she barely want to work on top of that they come to work with their kids. Let’s get to the food part, I order 3 plates of food I notice she only put two scoops of rice on each plate mind you I ordered from them all the time , when I don’t drive there I order online. You pay over $11 with tax for this? There’s definitely not enough meat for that price. The lady on the night shift doesn’t seem like she enjoys working there or cares about the customer experience. She didn’t greet anyone and wasn’t welcoming at all. Please consider the money customers are paying. I’m not saying anything about the food quality here, but there’s a lot of room for improvement. Foods don’t test or smell fresh. If you care about your business, fix these issues.
When they first opened, they were fantastic food was great quality, and prices were good. Now, food is absolutely not worth the price, and service has gone down. The food was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again. I wish there was an option to add extra rice though. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
