I frequently order breakfast from Tim's because it is delicious and convenient. However, I have had numerous issues with various Tim's locations substituting items without my approval when I place online orders through ubereats. Each time this has happened, I have reported it to Uber, as I believe restaurants should not simply substitute items at their discretion. Today, I was shocked to discover that my chocolate croissant had been substituted with a nut-filled muffin. This is a dangerous oversight, as my family and I have a severe nut allergy. Honestly, the staff is friendly but they ALWAYS screw up the order. This was supposed to be a Beagle BELT. Im usually not the kind to leave a review, but this has happened countless times. They consistently forget to add potatoes to the combos. Please address this, ridiculous.
The only downside was that it took me five trips before I was able to finally try the famous Boston Baileys donut. However, after trying it, I realized that the original Boston cream donut is actually better than this new Baileys version.
